Payments & Cancellations Policy
All treatments are an elective procedure and payment is your responsibility and it is expected at the time of treatment. If adjustments are needed that require more product, this may incur an extra charge.
It is at the discretion of the practitioner, whether an upfront cost is required when booking an appointment, if frequent cancellations are being made.
Please give 48 hours’ notice to the practitioner if you wish to cancel your consultation/treatment. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment without notification, the practitioner has the right to charge you 30% of the treatment cost.
For anyone interested, a direct debit payment scheme is offered via Go Cardless, which enables you to spread out the cost of your treatments throughout the year. If you are interested, please ask for more details.
